Welcome to my family history website

The majority of my research concerns SANDERSON in and around

BRADFIELD (West Riding of Yorkshire),

but I also have a fair amount of information for other surnames and places.

I hope you enjoy using my site and find some useful information.

If you would like to contact me, I would be very interested to hear from you.

11. Poor Law Records

As yet, only a few......from Bradfield,

but interesting and useful nonetheless.

Bradfield Workhouse Admissions and Discharges

1828-1849 (Sanderson, Ibbotson and Dyson).

Hannah Bancroft was allegedly in charge of the Workhouse at this time.

15. Interesting Wills and Legal Documents

During a Family History Expedition to Sheffield Archives (April 2002) we decided to have a look at some SANDERSON Wills, where we discovered a group of documents which can only be described as the most important and interesting pieces of information we have discovered for our branch of the family to date!
